because of some law / age verification bullshit you won´t get any customers from Germany. No, they are not prude xD. Steam has a censorship for adult games with too much erotic content or sex for the german customers, because of stupid laws ... you have to verify your age (18+) if you want to buy someting like this and steam does not do age verification.
The first chapter encompasses the day you arrive on the island. Chapter 2 comprises of the dates you go on with the girls. Chapter 3 is the first challenge of the show (the nurse role play).

I'm only familiar with PC. In the folder you download there should be a "Game" folder then a "Saves' folder.
Playing on android. How do you play the mini games? Can't seem to interact with the game resulting in a loss.
Ah! How it works on a desktop is that you need to mash the space bar. I'm not too sure how I can get that to work on Android though.

Thanks for the heads up on this. It appears Germany is off the table for AVNs on Steam. Someone suggested I upload to GOG, so that could be an option.

On version No Fap Island - Chapter 1-3 - windows it ends with chapter 1 for me. Is this correct? I thought it includes chapter 1-3?
